Therapeutic Massage
The “reverse massage”. Effective for pain relief, reducing inflammation, and improving mobility. This technique uses controlled suction to gently lift the muscles and surrounding tissues, increasing circulation to the area and supporting the body’s natural healing process.
Cupping Therapy
Medical massage is used to specifically treat a diagnosed health condition as directed by your physician. Your first appointment includes a 10-15 minute free assessment. You will be provided with superbills (invoice) for insurance reimbursement. Click here for more information.

Medical Massage
Prenatal massage is a pregnancy-safe massage that helps relieve common discomforts like back pain, tension, and swelling. I am certified and trained in techniques specific to pregnancy to safely support comfort and relaxation. I can also work with you after birth (with doctor’s approval) to help with recovery.
